How to activate Meta AI
Because of strict EU regulations, the smart features of the glasses are blocked by default. Here is a quick guide on how to enable them during the initial setup using a VPN.
Steps to activate:
1. Download a free VPN app (such as ProtonVPN or Windscribe) onto your phone.
2. Open the app and connect to a server in the USA.
3. Create a new Meta account via email (do not use your existing Czech Facebook or Instagram account) and set the home region to the United States.
3. Turn on the glasses and pair them with the Meta View app while keeping the VPN connected.
4. Once Meta AI is activated, you can turn off the VPN. The glasses and the assistant will now work normally on your local Czech network. Keep the VPN app on your phone, as you will need to reconnect to the US server during future app or firmware updates.

To make things as easy as possible for you, we will send a courier directly to your home. Please pack the product back into its original box. The courier will contact you in advance to coordinate the exact pickup time.
Perfect! Just take the package to your nearest PPL ParcelShop. No printing needed! Simply show the staff the QR code we sent to your email (you received it right after clicking the 'Return' button in the app). Check the map below to find all locations.
