For example, with our "3+ months" plan, the service automatically continues after the third month until you decide to cancel.
We understand that normal wear and tear can happen. For minor damage, insurance is included with every subscription. You can find details about coverage and potential costs in our Rental Agreement.In the event of loss or theft, the full replacement value (100%) of the item must be covered.
We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Depending on the circumstances, delivery typically takes between 3 and 10 business days.
We will make sure you can either return the product at your nearest drop-off point or have a courier pick it up directly from your address.
